Our hands-on, interactive charcuterie class is more than just a workshop; it’s an experience that brings people together through the love of food. Whether you’re a seasoned entertainer or a novice, this class will elevate your skills and teach you how to design and present a stunning charcuterie board.
During this in-person event, you will get hands-on experience designing a Spring charcuterie board with a variety of meats, cheeses and fruits. Create a salami flower, kiwi star, provolone rose and more. Michelle will guide you through the process and provide simple tips and tricks to elevate your charcuterie life.
Included: Four cheeses, two meats, dried fruit, fresh fruit, fresh herbs, crackers/flatbreads, 9″ bamboo disposable board, a succulent to take home and a lemonade beverage.
