Welcome to Chell’s Charcuterie Class!
Join us on Thursday July 10 at 7:00 PM at Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo for an interactive and delicious event. Treat yourself to a unique experience with a hands-on charcuterie holiday wreath board class. Create a beautiful bamboo board and learn to create a salami rose, kiwi star and more tips and tricks for a gorgeous presentation to take home.
Light refreshments, coffee, tea and cookies provided.
This class is a fundraiser for Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo through the Zoo’s Volunteer Council. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Zoo’s education programs.
Included: 10″ Bamboo Charcuterie board/ 4 Cheeses / 2 Meats/Fresh fruit / Dried Fruit /Fresh herbs/Fresh rosemary/ All necessary tools provided to create your masterpiece!
Directions: Class is in the Hanson Building, second building on your right as you enter the parking lot.
