Join us for a fun, outdoor, charcuterie board class at the beautiful Long View Ciderhouse in Southington.
Learn tips and tricks to create a salami flower, kiwi star, provolone rose and more with a hands-on lesson from Chell’s Charcuterie. Michelle will bring all the necessary ingredients and tools needed to design your masterpiece!
Class will take place outside, under the tent, with the amazing view at Long View Ciderhouse.
Included: Four cheeses, two meats, dried fruit, fresh fruit, fresh herbs, chocolate, crackers/flatbeads, croissant, 10″ bamboo disposable board and 1-5oz cider pour!
At Long View Ciderhouse, they are passionate about creating high-quality, delicious hard cider using apples sourced directly from our eighth-generation family farm, Rogers Orchards.
