Join Chell’s Charcuterie Class Fundraiser for Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo!
Learn how to create the perfect PAW shape charcuterie board while supporting Beardsley Zoo! This hands-on class will teach you how to arrange meats, cheeses, fruits, and more in a beautiful and delicious display. Create a salami rose, kiwi star, provolone flower and more.
All ingredients, bamboo disposable board and tools needed will be provided to design your masterpiece. Four cheeses, two meats, fresh fruit, dried fruit, chocolate, organic honey, fresh herbs and crackers provided. Tools will be available for purchase.
Light refreshments also provided ( coffee, tea, water and cookies).
This event is sponsored by the Volunteer Council of Connecticut Beardsley Zoo and a portion of the proceeds will go to the Volunteer Council for their education efforts.
Directions: Enter Beardsley Park, go to the Zoo’s Parking Lot on the right. The Hanson Building is the second building on the right as you enter the parking lot. Class will start promptly at 7:00pm. Seating is first come first serve.
